God is Sovereign (Sovereign Ruler of the Universe)

In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will (Ephesians 1:11)

For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. (Romans 11:36)

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. (Revelation 4:11)
